WHO WE ARE
The Oahe Wheelmen Cycling Club promotes the safe use of bicycles for sport, recreation, and transportation for all ages and skill levels of riders and to raise funds to support bicycling-related events, infrastructure, and facilities for the enjoyment of the general public in the Pierre, Fort Pierre, and surrounding communities. We are a South Dakota nonprofit organization registered with the Office of the Secretary of State.

The 7-member Board of Directors manages club business. Members are elected by club members to 3-year terms. Current board members are:

Meetings
An annual members meeting is held in April of each year. Ad hoc meetings of the board of directors besides the annual meeting may be held as needed to conduct club business.

Bylaws
Bylaws were originally approved and ratified by a majority of club members present at the club's founding meeting on May 9, 2018. The bylaws were amended at the club's annual meeting on April 12, 2023.
